I’ve continued on a “normal eating” week, not yet deciding to go back to THM (Trim Healthy Mama) or any other diet plan. Although David and I both lost weight on THM last fall, I continue to be distressed by the idea of eating in some “temporary” way as a diet with the intention of eventually returning to normal eating, and I’m starting to believe that ANY approach to eating the eliminates whole categories of food or makes you constantly think about “can I eat this with that” just isn’t sustainable. (I feel an entire post coming on about that, in fact!) In the meantime, I only mention it to explain that contrary to my last week’s comments, this continues to represent what I think of as pretty “normal” eating! 😉
